β€’ Lead daily operations – Oversee stock, merchandising & inventory forecasting
β€’ Drive sales excellence – Train staff on POS systems & customer service standards
β€’ Team management – Create rosters & conduct pre-shift briefings
β€’ Japanese client relations – Provide premium service to Japanese-speaking customers


βœ… Requirements:
βœ“ JLPT N2/N1 certification (is required to liaise with Japanese clients)
βœ“ 1 year retail supervisory experience (F&B/supermarket background preferred)
βœ“ Knowledge of retail operations (stock/POS systems)
