Job Responsibilities:
Designing and engineering instrumentation solutions, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
Developing detailed hookup drawings and installation specifications for instrumentation systems.
Conducting on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems.
Liaising with main contractors and consultants to ensure smooth operating on the daily workflow.
Performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to ensure equipment meets design specifications and performance criteria before installation.
Conducting Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) to verify proper functioning and integration of control systems in their operational environment.
Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and configuring SCADA systems (Wonderware, Ignition) for efficient process control
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing instrumentation and control systems.
Proficiency in creating hookup drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and SCADA/HMI systems.
Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP) and communication interfaces.
