Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate and monitor CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, lathes, and other precision machinery to produce high-quality parts and components.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, ensuring that all machines are running at optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.

Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspections of parts to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. Work closely with the quality control team to identify and correct defects.

Assembly & Sub-assembly: Assist in the assembly and sub-assembly of machined parts as needed. Follow assembly procedures to ensure precision and accuracy.

Adhere to Production Schedules: Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulations. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine performance, material usage, and any maintenance performed.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other production staff to optimize production processes and ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing line.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes. Suggest improvements for operational efficiency and quality enhancement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience operating precision machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with CNC machines, turning, milling, and thread rolling operations.

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Understanding of quality control processes and ability to perform inspections.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
