Job Description Of Client Success Lead

ThoughtFull is hiring a Sales Lead to establish market leadership in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, while driving strategic sales expansion across Asia. You'll build a scalable sales foundation to support growth and operational excellence, and lead a high-performing, collaborative team that takes ownership and consistently delivers on revenue targets.

What you will do:

  • Define and execute the sales strategy that would enable the sales team to meet its sales objectives and targets 
  • Build deep, on-the-ground knowledge of each target market to inform sales strategy, prioritize customer segments, and identify growth levers. 
  • Drive pipeline growth by proactively sourcing new business through relationships, networking, and multi-channel outbound strategies. 
  • Put in place process and structures to scale ThoughtFull's business growth, including sales manuals, sales collaterals and process flows 
  • Identify talent and skill gaps, then recruit, train, and mentor to build a collaborative, high-performing, and scalable sales team—consistently driving individual and team quota achievement 
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads, aligning on targeting, messaging, and conversion goals 
  • Manage lead tracking, reporting, and sales systems such as CRM and automation to support performance visibility and efficient workflows. 
  • Work with the leadership team to review and optimize sales processes, using performance data and KPIs to inform decisions and improve execution. 


Requirements


About You:

  • 7-10 years' experience in large enterprise sales to HR stakeholders preferred. 
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales engines from the ground up, preferably in startup or high growth environments. 
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead collaborative, high-performing sales teams. 
  • Highly data- and process-driven, with the ability to design scalable systems that achieve sustainable and consistent business outcomes. 
  • Comfortable shaping go-to-market strategies and setting up new distribution channels. 
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities. 
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to drive an excellent client experience across the customer journey. 
  • Ability to think creatively and develop novel solutions
