Job Description

The THKMC Management Associate Programme (MAP) Specialist Track offers you the unique opportunity to embark on a rewarding journey in the Social Service Sector. This structured two-year programme is designed to shape the next generation of social work leaders, empowering you to unlock your full potential while contributing to meaningful social impact.

As a participant in the MAP, you will be exposed to:

Experiential Opportunities:

• Social Work Get experience as a social worker at the heart of our Family Services.
• Accreditation You will still be clocking in the required hours to become a Registered Social Worker (RWS).
• Onboarding & Continuous Support You will kick-off with a comprehensive onboarding programme, followed by continuous mentorship and career coaching to help you thrive.

Relationship-Based Learning:

Qualifications

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

• A good Honours degree in Social Work (GPA4 & above)
• A strong track record in co-curricular activities, demonstrating leadership qualities
• No more than 2 years of full-time work experience
