Job Description
Supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced.
Ensuring maximum clientele satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
To prepare the kitchen for day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations of the food department.
To ensure consistency in the products that are of the highest quality and to adhere to deadlines.
Audits on par stock in all areas to ensure all required supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of need.
Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance to standards.
Check that the quantity and quality of ordered items are received and stored properly.
Qualifications
Minimum 1- 2 years of work experience for a cook.
A recognized culinary certificate/ qualification and large food production experience would be an advantage.
Ability to work in a large brigade with a multi-cultural team.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English.
Knowledge in HACCP and ISO22K.
