Job Description:
Make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience
Effectively manage interactions with customers to exceed their service expectations
Provide suitable recommendations to customers based on knowledge of our product range and promotion items
Conduct timely checks and restock of merchandise on displays
Perform cashier and housekeeping duties
Job Requirement:
Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred
Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
Willing to work at our retail outlets in Changi Airport
Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
Candidates with higher education level and working experience will be considered for Senior Retail Assistant position
Full Time, Part Time, Contract positions available
