Job Description & Requirements

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Report to Construction Manager and Site Engineer
• Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork
• Control the quality /budget/site progress
• Can work over time
• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Construction Industry
• Possess certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with positive attitude
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• The ability to view the drawing
