Job Posting for Sales Administration Assistant at Triangle Auto
The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. Prepare and submit documentation for new vehicle registrations.
Prepare and process Sales Documentation, including Sales Contracts, Quotation and Invoices.
Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of sales-related documents.
Maintain a detailed record of all transactions and registration.
Other task as and when assigned. Qualification Minimum completed Secondary School.
2 years in sales administrative or support role, preferably in Automotivr Industry. Requirement Strong Organisational skills and attentive to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office in Work and Excel, especially in Excel.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Benefit Dental and medical insurance
