In this Role, you’ll get to


  • Provide operational support to the local Business Development(BD) team and hotel partners
  • Support the BD team in troubleshooting and investigating issues using both internal tools and external feedback
  • Act as a consultant to internal cross-functional stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations
  • Work with Market Director to develop business plans and share insights to drive partner growth
  • Support the Country Leader and BD team with data analysis across various projects and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Responsible for the local BD training


What you'll Need to Succeed


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experiences, preferably including 1-3 years in the OTA or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to provide actionable insights to Business Development leaders and the team
  • Problem-solving ability and clear communication skills for complex topics
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in China
  • Willingness to travel frequently or undertake long-term assignments abroad, as required by business needs
