Group Accountant [SGX, Consolidation Reporting, Cash Flow, Cost Control] - TRAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting the CEO in developing financial strategies that align with the Group's growth objectives
• Acting as a finance business partner, assist the CEO in addressing operational challenges, including preparing and presenting materials for board meetings.
• Full responsibility for the entire range of financial functions, including overseeing SGX and consolidation reporting, cash flow management, performance analysis, budgeting, and taxation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and implement appropriate internal control systems to manage financial and compliance risks effectively.
Handle ad-hoc financial requests and manage additional accounting tasks or projects as required by management, including providing financial oversight for due diligence projects.

Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting or membership with a recognized professional finance body.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience working in a publicly listed company is highly preferred.
• Background in an audit environment will be an added advantage.
• Must be hands-on, with strong technical proficiency in systems and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A committed team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in project management, with solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
Self-driven with demonstrated leadership qualities.
