Kitchen Crew (Internship)

Responsibilities:

• Learn about the food safety & hygiene policie
• Understand the use of Mobile ordering from the customer to the kitchen via the kitchen display system
• Prepare seasonal and promotional dishes according to recipes
• Learn the inventory management procedures of the restaurant
• Ensure the use of stocks and ingredients follow FIFO (First In First Out) practice
• Check completed dishes to ensure they adhere to restaurant quality standards, learn to plate them according to the chef’s instructions
• Assist other kitchen stations as needed to ensure smooth service delivery
• Cleaning dishes and equipment
• Receive stock deliveries and ensure they are of correct quantity and quality

Requirements:

• Able to work on weekend/public holiday
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
