Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor food service teams, creating a culture of accountability, development, and service excellence.
• Oversee and optimize food service operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and financial goals.
• Develop contingency plans and manage crises effectively, ensuring business continuity.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining transparency and strategic alignment.
• Drive operational improvements and implement innovative initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure the seamless opening of new food spaces, introducing fresh concepts and sustainable programs.
• Monitor financial performance, optimize budgets, and ensure alignment with business projections.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading food service operations or large-scale hospitality projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, crisis management, and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
