In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging candidates to closing offers and facilitating onboarding—while actively building and nurturing client relationships. A key aspect of this position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and positioning U3 Infotech as a trusted recruitment partner. Responsibilities include developing client strategies, creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. Success in this role requires a results-driven mindset, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
