Business Analyst / Project Manager

We are looking for candidates with the following expertise:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with significant business analysis background, preferably in the financial services / banking industry.
• Domain knowledge in global market products and system management in the finance sector
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a business analyst in the mentioned domain space. The candidate will gather and document business requirements, perform detailed analysis to identify gaps and work with technology teams to propose solutions.
• 10 years’ experience in project delivery. The successful candidate is to lead end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations. The candidate is to track project progress and monitor risks, dependencies and constraints, proactively address potential issues. The candidate is to provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Adhere to waterfall / agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Proficiency in Jira, confluence, and other project management tools
• Previous exposure to Global Banking streams and products is preferable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Good interpersonal / communication skills and team player, with the ability to effectively influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
