Job Posting for Murex Techno-Functional Consultant at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd
We are seeking a highly skilled Murex Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Risk Management modules, specifically Credit Risk, Market Risk, and FRTB (Fundamental Review of the Trading Book). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, quants, and technology teams to support and enhance risk functionality within the Murex platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Murex Risk Modules: Market Risk, Credit Risk, and FRTB.
Collaborate with risk managers, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in the Murex platform.
Work on configuration and customization of Murex for risk reporting, limit management, VaR, sensitivities, stress testing, and FRTB compliance.
Design and implement end-to-end solutions for regulatory risk requirements, particularly those aligned with FRTB standards.
Support integration and data flow between front office, risk, and back office systems.
Perform impact analysis and support UAT/SIT phases.
Participate in Murex upgrades, patch management, and module implementations.
Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support for risk-related incidents and enhancement
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience as a Murex Techno-Functional Consultant.
Strong hands-on experience in Murex Risk modules (especially VaR, sensitivities, stress tests, risk matrices).
Solid understanding of FRTB, Credit Risk, and Market Risk frameworks.
Strong experience in Datamart, VaR, MRM, and MRA modules in Murex.
Familiarity with Murex workflows, data models, and reporting tools.
Ability to liaise with technical and business teams; excellent communication and documentation skills.
