Project Manager

The Project Manager plans projects and takes ownership of the successful implementation and achievement of project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Define clearly the project scope & deliverables based on tender specs or client requirements to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of project status, challenges, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and handle any escalations promptly and professionally.
• Technical Oversight: Work closely with BMS, SCADA or IoT engineers, software developers, product team, and other technical teams to ensure solutions align with project requirements.
• Review and approve technical designs and system integrations, addressing any technical concerns that may arise.
• Resource Management: Defines project resources, manages project progress, and facilitates interaction and tasks of various parties to reduce the risk of overall failure.
• Project Financials: Manage project cost and profitability and manage project revenue forecasting
• Subcontractor / 3rd party management: Ability to manage subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with WHS (safety)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering with experience in Buildings (HVAC) / Information Technology / Renewables domain
• Relevant 5 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira,..)
• Able to manage multiple projects and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong and clear communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Good understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, Bacnet), device integrations or IT related experience such as Networks, Linux OS, Virtualizations etc
