Assistant Club Manager (Club Lounge)

As the Assistant Club Manager, you will work closely with the Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the exclusive club lounge. Reporting directly to the Club Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that a seamless, high-quality plus-one service is provided at every touchpoint, maintaining an exceptional experience for our guests. Ideally, you should have the relevant F&B experience in a luxury hotel or private club and/or hospitality experience.

Our Expectations:

• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests in the club lounge, including check-in/check-out processes and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Train and evaluate club lounge Associates to maintain a high level of service excellence.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance within the club lounge.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate services and resolve issues promptly.
• Actively promote club lounge services to guests, driving revenue and ensuring optimal utilization of club facilities.
• Knowledge of the daily VIP and lobby movements and requests.
• Develop and manage budgets for club lounge operations, monitor expenses, and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Oversee security measures for guest and property protection.
• Build and nurture relationships with frequent guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Manage and coordinate events held in the club lounge, providing exceptional service for private meetings, social gatherings, and special celebrations.
• Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.

We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of our guests.
