Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our hot yoga studio. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who embodies a commitment to wellness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of fostering a strong sense of community for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Studio Operations:
  Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and studio ambiance.
• Team Management:
  Hire, train, schedule, and manage front desk staff and yoga instructors. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
• Customer Experience:
  Ensure an exceptional experience for all clients. Respond to inquiries, feedback, and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Sales & Memberships:
  Drive membership sales and retention. Monitor KPIs, implement sales strategies, and track performance goals.
• Marketing & Community Engagement:
  Collaborate with marketing team on local campaigns, events, partnerships, and social media presence to grow the studio's reach and reputation.
• Scheduling & Class Management:
  Manage class schedules, sub requests, and work closely with instructors to ensure consistency and quality in offerings.
• Financial Management:
  Assist with budgeting, payroll, expense tracking, and ensuring the studio meets revenue and cost targets.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in management, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries
• Passion for yoga, wellness, and community building
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in POS systems, scheduling software (e.g., Mindbody), and basic financial reporting
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a yoga or fitness studio environment
• Yoga certification (RYT) is a plus but not required
