AV Executive (Contract)

- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience

- Possess Diploma or equivalent

- To provide audio, visual and media services for events and activities (e.g. Assembly, Mass Celebration, Art Performances, events hosted by school). Media services include create/edit videos based on school’s needs.

- To help staff (hands-on) on setup of technology in the venues (AV/IT Equipment, Apple TV) (technology representatives & Media/Infocomm Club CCA).

- To perform AV and media related functions assigned by the relevant superiors.

- To assist in major event AV/IT setup.

- To assist others to solve/troubleshoot PLD’s devices’ issues

- To perform scheduled maintenance and assess usability of AVA equipment (Audio, Visual, Video and Media) in all locations and Specialised Rooms (including rooms and large halls)

- To liaise with vendors and oversee services, installation, servicing, and repairs of AV/IT equipment with external vendor.

- To facilitate loan of AV equipment to students/staff for official school activities.

- To perform documentation in loaning of IT/AV resources and to ensure proper authorization regarding signing in/out of equipment.

- To update regularly equipment Loan Book, maintenance / damage reports, machine logs, inventory tagging, categorise equipment functionality.

- To conduct routine inspection of fixed AV/IT equipment in the locations and special rooms. (egg Visualisers, LCD Projectors etc), routine cleaning of equipment parts and checking on its function.

- To assist in the receiving and checking of delivery of equipment from supplier.

- Be open to be placed in MOE schools / institutions and other public sector locations.

- Must be MOE-IRS registered (registration is easy, please register and then apply)

This is a annual contractual role, subject to renewal based on performance.
