Ability to work independently (Hillview area)
Flexible schedule/work from home is available on non-peak period, upon discussion and approval from General Manager
Experience in HR/Admin/Accounts advantageous
Roles and responsibilities:
Prepare monthly salaries for all staff within the group.
Assist with calculating and verifying staff commissions and attendance.
Sort and file payslips.
Regularly check quotas for the group of companies.
Submit CPF contributions to the CPF Board.
Process work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Update staff address records with MOM as needed.
Prepare various employment documents, including contracts and confirmation letters.
Maintain accurate human resource files, including staff particulars and leave records.
Calculate annual staff bonuses.
Handle payroll and submit IR8A and AIS to IRAS.
Assist with payroll-related grant submissions.
Check emails daily.
Update and manage staff insurance policies.
Complete required MOM survey forms (e.g., retrenchment surveys).
Perform administrative duties such as updating records and filing.
