Production Operator

Key Responsibilities & duties

1. Clean the line before start up the machine.

2. Prepare the all the tools / ingredients/materials according to the work instructions.

3. Start working according to the work instructions.

4. If there are any abnormalities during the production process, report Line Leader/Production Supervisor immediately.

5. If the equipment break down, report to the maintenance technicians immediately and assist the technicians in repairing it.

6. During the production process, clean up the site in time to keep the environment clean and orderly.

7. Make sure the tools in the production process all are clean, if not, need to rinse with running before next use .

8. Visual checking while picking products on date codes,make sure the date codes are correct.

9. Checks for any soft , damage by pasteurizers and defects that need reject,and report to line leader/supervisor.

10. Stacking on clean baskets , record the finished goods quantity that push to coldroom in the production form .

11. If export orders need arrange the products into polyfoam and stack on pallets / trolleys.

12. Verify the finished good product date code , carton labels are match with production schedule

Complete other production work assigned by line leader/supervisor.

Requirement / Qualification

• Min Primary Education level

• Able to work in hot, humid and wet working environment

• Must be strong & fit

• 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday)

• Permanent shift work: (Morning or Afternoon)
