About the Role
As a Brand Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales volume and account penetration. Your role encompasses understanding customer needs, presenting suitable Volkswagen vehicles and services, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed individual sales targets across retail passenger car sales, insurance, and financial services.
- Engage Prospective Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understanding customer needs to offer tailored vehicle and financing solutions.
- Foster Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain good relationship with existing customers, build rapport to recruit new customers.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide professional, honest, and knowledgeable assistance to customers, enhancing their overall experience with the brand.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ levels with at least 2 years of sales experience with a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Candidates who are fresh to the industry but possess a strong desire and confidence to succeed in automotive retail are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with automotive sales &/or corporate, fleet sales experience with professional training, certification to sell and explain technical products will be an added advantage.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong sales dedication to excel and team player mentality.
- Responsible, performance orientation and independent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is essential, and at least basic skills in a second language are required to communicate with customers who are not fluent in English.
- Good Microsoft Office skills are required
