Are you looking to join a high performing sales team? We are currently looking for a highly driven energetic Singapore based Client Service Manager within the Intermediary Clients, Asia team.
Within the Intermediary clients Asia team focused on client servicing and sales support . The candidate supports the managers and sales relationship managers through a variety of tasks related to delivering a superior and comprehensive client experience – from prospecting, to client aftersales, support and effective maintenance of sales relationship management reporting and analytics tools.
What would your role be?
Client Services/ Sales Support
Support the overall APAC Institutional Clients segment in achieving its strategic initiatives.
Primary client servicing contact for Asia Intermediaries relationship management team
Help drive and support of aspects of fund sales and marketing activities, prospecting and onboarding
Help Asia Intermediaries team foster a positive and comprehensive best-in-class client experience by delivering prompt client servicing and reporting
Working with relationship managers on business development reporting, including sales pipeline reporting and maintaining internal sales systems
Collaborate with relationship managers and liaising with dedicated RFP team on RFI/ due diligence preparation
Conducting market intelligence and analysis
Coordinating roadshow activities with portfolio managers and investment teams
Manage tight deadlines effectively to deliver bespoke information to clients
Communicates with other departments within VAM to ensure business related information and data are made available in a timely manner for client reporting.
Work together with other client service managers in the APAC region
What are we looking for?
Self-confident, robust, decisive, trustworthy and with excellent judgement on client matters
Entrepreneurial and a self-starter, but able to operate in a team environment.
Have demonstrated ability to drive commercial success
Service mentality: client-centric, diligent and meeting fast turnaround times
Excellent time management between prospect/client activity, aftersales servicing, and internal stakeholder engagement is a key success factor for this role
Collegiate team player, experienced and comfortable in an international environment
Outstanding communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
At least 5 years or more experience with proven track record in sales support or client servicing within the financial industry
Broad investment technical knowledge required
