CAD Engineer (Semiconductor MNC / Woodlands)

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Position: CAD Engineer (12 months Contract, Renewable)

Venue: Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support and manage Autodesk Factory Design Utilities (FDU) centralized asset library for our layout automation planning solutions to achieve Company BIM digital twin capabilities.
• Responsible to create and maintain a high accuracy and quality of 3D model of tools, equipment and other objects that can be found in Semiconductor industry.
• Generate accurate 3D models using information from 2D CAD/PDF drawing in 6 views (top/bottom/left/right/front/back) into Autodesk Inventor 3D model in a timely and quality manner.
• Convert 3D models using Autodesk Inventor into Revit 3D model.
• Ensure integrity of model design, Revit families, metadata and information are in accordance with company’s BIM standard and office procedures.
• Develops and applies CAD software engineering methods, theories and research techniques in support of the organization's product development.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3 years of experience in CAD software engineering preferred.
• Software knowledge (Autodesk): 1. Inventor 2. AutoCAD 3. Revit
