Recruiter - In House (Contract) I MNC I Singapore

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Position: Recruiter (12 months contract)

Venue: Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Interviewing and assessing candidate's skill sets
• Job matching with the internal positions
• Follow up on contract signing and start work details
• Tracks all recruitment activity, interpret and communicate analytical data about all facets of the hiring process
• Meet up with Hiring Manager to understand their recruitment needs
• Work closely with HR and all internal stakeholders, in alignment with organizational processes
• Administrative support for recruitment activities and job fairs.

Requirements:

• Good in sourcing and research on profiles
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Preferably recruitment experience (minimum 3 years)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Data Analytics skills would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, articulation and written skills, organizational ability
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic & comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
