Senior Facility Control Manager (Permanent/Semiconductor))

The client is the world leading semiconductor fabrication provider with presence in Singapore for over 20 years. Below position is open urgently.

Location: East Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Sustain and provide high quality, non-interruption FMCS system
• Effective instrument management (PM/ calibration/ verification/ trouble shooting)
• Manage quality system (SPC, OOC, EAR, FMEA, CAR, Audits, excursions handling)
• Manage PM/CM executive of department
• Major scope includes FMCS (SCADA/Server/SQL/PLC), Life Safety System (LSS or gas detection system), AMC analyzer system, ionizer system, CCTV, security card access, PA, Walki Talki, etc.
• PM executive and close loop management for outstanding items and issues
• Provide the solutions for control, monitoring, reports, trouble shooting, which are requested from on duty and or systems’ owners, including alarm handling, trend behavior analysis, SPC and PM executive summary, etc.
• Audits coordination from internal 3rd party and external customers.

More about you:

• Master / Degree in control or electrical or electronic or mechanical engineering.
• 8 years in wafer fab facility operations (front-end wafer fab experience is a must) and minimum 2 years as a control manager.
• Technical expertise: control/instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, water/gas systems.
• Certifications/experience in SCADA, PLC, Server, PC, Database, AI, Power BI, CAD.
• Project management experience, PMP certification will be a plus.
