Accounts Receivable Executive – Logistics Industry (East) - WC2

• Manage the full accounts receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
• Handle billing discrepancies, disputes, and credit notes, working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports, highlighting overdue accounts and recommending actions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations related to credit control and accounts receivable.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including AR reporting and account reconciliation.
• Work closely with the finance and operations teams to align invoicing and payment processes with contract terms.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and credit control processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
