Accountant (Balestier)

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end financials closing
• Responsible and ensure prompt submission of monthly reporting, management reporting, prepare group consolidation financial statements
• Responsible and ensure prompt submission of annual reporting, financial statements
• Support and responsible for all trust & fund requirements
• Responsible for MAS declaration and annual review submission
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, GST tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Plan and manage cash flow projection, funding and budget allocation and project feasibility study
• Prepare forecasting, review annual budget, project feasibility study
• Responsible in loans operation, collecting banks' indicative term sheet, etc.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or ACCA certified or is a Certified Public Accountant and or relevant field.
• 5 years and above of full sets of accounts with leadership experience is preferable.
