Air Freight Service Representative - WC2

• Assist customers with daily cargo bookings across various airline products.
• Reserve cargo space with airlines and confirm bookings with customers.
• Understand the specific requirements of different airline products and provide customers with tailored advice.
• Manage cargo bookings by inputting flight reservations into the system and ensuring all information is accurately updated.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to meet shipment requirements.
• Track and monitor shipment progress, keeping customers informed of any updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing data is provided.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
