• Assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans under the supervision of a registered nurse or nurse clinician.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or physician.
• Support the nurse clinician and nursing team in delivering evidence-based practice and quality care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols, procedures, and standards to improve patient outcomes.
