• Plan strategies to improve brand awareness at trade shows and overall marketing efforts
• Work with agencies to plan and execute events in line with brand image
• Align closely with the sales team to support trade marketing based on market and customer insights
• Lead PR efforts for launches and analyze post-event performance
• Maintain good media relations and manage press releases and influencer outreach
• Create content for social media, blogs, and EDMs
• Act as brand spokesperson when needed and manage PR crises professionally
• Develop CRM loyalty programs using customer data to improve engagement
• Design and distribute marketing and POS materials to drive visibility
• Run digital campaigns and partnerships to support lead generation and sales
• Optimize promotions to improve customer experience and increase foot traffic
• Manage marketing budgets to maximize returns
• Monitor trade marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Work closely with partners, vendors, and agencies to drive marketing success
• Handle logistics for events and secure sponsorship opportunities
• Ensure smooth execution of events and brand consistency
• Support management with any additional tasks
