Centre Leader (Preschool) - West / 5 days

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations from the outset, in accordance with local regulatory agencies.
• Work closely with relevant agencies to meet all regulatory requirements and maintain standards.
• Mentor and guide teachers to foster a collaborative approach to learning, teaching, and evaluation, aiming to improve performance and competency levels.
• Lead the development of the school’s overall goals, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
• Oversee the creation and management of the budget, ensuring effective control over expenditures.
• Supervise the disbursement of funds for necessary purchases and resources.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenses.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the board and senior management.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing pre-school centres.
• Strong supervisory skills, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
