Childcare Center Principal - West / 5 days

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead professional development programs for educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Provide guidance in implementing an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that fosters both cognitive and emotional growth.
• Ensure the Center’s curricula and programs are in line with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Strengthen and uphold the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative duties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Early Childhood Education, along with a Diploma in Preschool Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Preschool Centers.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role with excellent communication and customer service skills
