Job Description

• Respect and value each child’s social, cultural, and religious backgrounds, demonstrating mutual respect and tolerance through personal example.
• Create and maintain a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
• Teach and care for the class in accordance with the school’s policies and guidelines, utilizing a variety of appropriate teaching and caregiving methods to ensure high-quality learning and care.
• Provide diverse experiences and activities for children, including songs, games, and storytelling, to engage and stimulate their development.
• Conduct lessons in line with the centre’s curriculum.
• Prepare planning documents that identify specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, special needs, extension opportunities, and assessments, and submit them to the Principal or another authorized officer.

Requirement

• Candidates must hold a Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT) or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• A genuine passion for working with children is essential.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
