Clinic Assistant - Central - 5.5 days - WC2

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline customer service.
• Scheduling of appointment and patent registration.
• Handling phone calls and inquiries.
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection.
• Handle administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• With a minimum of 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant/ Patient Service Associate.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
