Clinic Assistant (Animal Hospital/ Clinics) - 4 days' work week - North - WC3

This is a Customer Service/ Front desk position in animal clinics/ hospital.

Working hours: 4 days (44 hours) per week

• Clinics: 12-hour shiftwork, according to clinics' operating hours
• Hospital: 8am-8pm or 9am-9pm shift

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
• Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
• Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
• Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
• Dispensing medication
• Perform various ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Have a love for animals.
• Comfortable to handle all kind of animals.
• At least 1 year of experience at customer service position (customer-facing).
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
