Cost Accountant (Manufacturing) - WC2

• Monitor key accounts, including revenue forecasting, gross margin, and variance analysis.
• Establish and implement cost standards for materials and labor.
• Coordinate new project setups and ensure ongoing support.
• Handle key cost accounting tasks, including product costing, variance analysis (Work Order/COGS), and month-end closing.
• Prepare COGS, production reports, and detailed expense summaries for top management and the global team.
• Conduct accurate physical inventory counts and track inventory movements to maintain effective inventory management.
• Prepare aging and obsolete inventory reports, collaborating with the operations team to assess inventory risks.
• Oversee monthly physical inventory processes.
• Address and resolve issues related to inter-company transfers.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
• Review cost allocations on a quarterly basis.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Independent, proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including counterparts in China, to understand processes.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
