Credit Control Executive (East / 5 days) - WC2

Accounts Receivable:

• Allocate daily incoming payments accurately.
• Address customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete month-end closing tasks related to accounts receivable.
• Generate and issue tax invoices.

Credit Control:

• Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts to customers.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, working closely with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Investigate unidentified credits, resolve disputes, and reconcile accounts when necessary.
• Prepare reports on aging, month-end closing, and bad debt provisions.
• Participate in credit review meetings with business partners to assess and manage high-risk accounts.
• Conduct profiling, risk assessments, and reviews for delinquent accounts.
• Develop and implement dunning strategies and suggest process improvements.
• Perform other ad-hoc or administrative duties as assigned.
