Job Posting for Export Customer Service Executive (Air Freight / Logistics) - WC2 at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Engage directly with customers, delivering outstanding, friendly, and reliable service.
Provide flight details to customers within the stipulated timeframe (1 hour) after receiving the booking.
Verify export document compliance during the processing of export work orders.
Apply for the appropriate export permits and complete other customs processes in a timely manner.
Answer all calls promptly within three rings without fail.
Monitor onboard status consistently and inform customers of any irregularities immediately.
Maintain effective communication with all relevant departments, including Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams.
Ensure that airfreight rates applied are accurate and up to date.
Stay informed and updated on new changes or requirements from airlines or governmental regulations.
Submit all monthly customer reports punctually and without fail.
