Finance Manager (Freight / Logistics) - WC2

• Oversee the full accounting cycle for the company and its subsidiaries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, reconciliations, profit & loss statements, and balance sheet preparation.
• Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to headquarters within specified deadlines.
• Develop, review, and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle corporate tax computations, filings, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Process payroll, staff claims, and reimbursements for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Monitor cash flow, oversee bank transactions, and manage treasury-related activities.
• Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and drive process improvements as needed.
