Freight Forwarding Clerk - WC2

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and process quotations and other sales-related documents for airfreight, seafreight, logistics, and CBT.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as damaged cargo, billing discrepancies, and other logistics concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including outdoor sales, operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the outdoor sales team in generating new business and maintaining strong customerHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Assist the outdoor sales team in acquiring new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.
