Front Desk Executive (5 days including weekend) - WC2

• Handle email & in-coming call
• Provide good customer service to walk-in customer
• Assist on visitor check in and show direction to visitor
• Sorting, scanning and archiving of document, internal dispatching, document mailing/courier… etc
• Other duties assigned by manager
• Must be comfortable to work weekend & PH
