Home Care Nurse - Night Shift - WC2

• Manage and coordinate comprehensive well-being support for key stakeholders.
• Provide individualized, patient-focused care, including routine monitoring of blood glucose and blood pressure levels, along with lifestyle and dietary guidance.
• Deliver medical and physical support to key stakeholders during overseas travel.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of proven nursing experience; prior experience as a Paramedic is an added advantage.
• Strong clinical knowledge, especially in emergency response and cardiology.
• Skilled in both fundamental nursing practices and specialized procedures.
• Compassionate, attentive, and positive in approach.
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Open to ad-hoc overseas travel as required.
