In-Home Registered Nurse (5 days, non night shift) - WC2

• Manage and oversee the overall health and well-being of the key stakeholder.
• Provide personalized, patient-focused care, including regular monitoring of glucose and blood pressure, along with lifestyle and dietary support.
• Administer medication and ensure timely meal consumption.
• Conduct routine medical assessments and physical health checks.
• Deliver medical and physical care while accompanying the key stakeholder during travel.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12-hour shifts (morning only), no night shifts.
• Travel: Required.
• Requirements: Must be an SNB-registered nurse with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
• Preference: Comfortable caring for the elderly.
• Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
