Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Customer Service
Be the main contact for key clients and ensure they’re satisfied.
Build strong relationships by understanding their needs and offering custom solutions.
Respond to questions, complaints, and service requests quickly and professionally.
Freight Coordination
Work with internal teams to make sure shipments are delivered on time.
Track shipments and keep clients updated.
Coordinate with carriers and partners to get good rates and reliable service.
Sales & Growth
Spot chances to offer more services to current clients.
Help with quotes, proposals, and contract talks.
Support sales efforts to keep and grow key accounts.
Documentation & Compliance
Make sure all shipping paperwork is accurate and complete.
Keep up with trade laws, customs rules, and industry standards.
Reporting & Tracking
Keep clear records of client interactions and shipment details.
Share regular reports on performance and key account data.
