Job Posting for Marine Sales Executive (West) at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
Collect vessel details and pricing information for marine dredging and construction projects.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and quotations to payment collection.
Promote and provide safety services to clients.
Prepare competitive and accurate quotes based on market analysis.
Negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with marine laws and alignment with client and company needs.
Record and digitalize vessel details, quotes, and sales data, maintaining a detailed database.
Handle post-sales activities, including client follow-ups, support, and payment collection.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Business Administration.
Certifications in marine operations or sales management are a plus.
At least 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
Proven experience managing the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
Skilled in sourcing vessel details and estimating costs in the marine sector.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events; owning a vehicle is an advantage.
Strong network within the marine industry is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently.
