Job Posting for Marketing & Events Executive - International School - 5.5 days (West) - WC3 at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration & Campaign Execution: Work closely with various teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns promoting the school’s programs, events, and initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand the trends, identify target audiences, and spot growth opportunities for the school.
Content Creation & Distribution: Collaborate with content and design teams to create and distribute content, promoting school programs and events.
Paid Media: Manage paid media campaigns in partnership with external agencies/partners.
Conversion Optimization: Analyze data from digital platforms to optimize user experiences, reduce bounce rates, and increase engagement.
Lead Nurturing: Develop content strategies that help nurture and convert leads into enrollments.
HubSpot Management: Manage marketing automation tasks and inbound marketing efforts using HubSpot.
Social Media & Online Community Management: Oversee social media channels and online communities to boost engagement.
Event Planning & Execution: Organize, coordinate, and execute school events such as open houses, community programs, and booths.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors to secure necessary services and materials for events.
Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure events stay within budget and timelines while executing the necessary marketing efforts for a successful outcome.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure events meet their objectives and expectations.
Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback and evaluate the event's success to identify areas for improvement for future events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Experience in the Education industry.
Proven experience in digital marketing, event planning, or similar roles, with a track record of successful event execution and meeting targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and vendors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite/Google Platforms.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot for marketing automation and inbound marketing.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and enhance the event experience.
