• Identify and engage potential customers, offering tailored solutions for their semiconductor processes.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to post-sale support.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, working closely with technical and R&D teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Contribute to business development by identifying market trends and growth opportunities within the SEA region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support services.
• Manage and oversee client accounts.
• Analyze sales performance and costs to optimize business outcomes.
• Prepare weekly management reports to track progress and performance.
• Achieve regular sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate client contact information and data records.
• Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
• Deliver technical presentations, showcasing how products meet client requirements.
• Offer pre-sales technical assistance and product training.
• Assist the sales manager in data analysis and preparing sales presentations.
