Nurse Manager (Health Screening Centre) - Central

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Knowledge: Solid understanding of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Patient Care Coordination: Ensuring that patients receive appropriate and timely care, addressing any concerns that arise during treatment.
• Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising nursing staff, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing nursing policies and protocols to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Quality Improvement: Monitoring patient outcomes and implementing strategies to improve the quality of care.
• Budget Management: Overseeing the clinic’s budget, managing supplies, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Collaboration: Working with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve clinic operations.

Requirements:

• With a minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Registered SSN with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• With a minimum of 1 year of clinic management experience.
• Good blood taking skills.
• Prior experience in Health Screening is advantageous but not necessary.
